Michele Bettini, Executive Director
Michele previously worked as the president and chief executive officer of Arizona Construction Trades. A native of Tucson, she is a 1992 graduate of Canyon Del Oro High School and received a full athletic and merit scholarship to Yavapai Community College where she was named junior college “All American” while pursuing a sports medicine degree. Before coming to ATB, Bettini managed the Rio Nuevo Multipurpose Facilities District, a municipal stadium and special taxing district dedicated to improving the downtown Tucson region. Bettini was responsible for various Rio Nuevo efforts from small jobs to $10 million-dollar projects. Prior to her position at Rio Nuevo, she served in a number of businesses, using her knowledge of accounting and inventory control for their benefit
Lexi Saavedra, Member Services Coordinator
Lexi previously worked as a program operations assistant for a local workforce development nonprofit, before joining Arizona Transportation Builders Association as the Member Services Coordinator. Lexi is a recent University of Arizona graduate, and now works full-time on behalf of ATB.
Lexi is a very energetic and friendly individual who excels in customer service and administrative support, assisting contractor and other members through ATB programs. Lexi primarily focuses her time on major events and meetings supporting the association’s members throughout the year. She also serves the Associates Committee and Safety Committee, along with ATB’s partners in our Scholarship Foundation.
Lexi is a Tucson native, graduating from Sabino High School. She is very active in the community including at her church, a women’s shelter, and spends a lot of time with her family including her “fur baby”. She is a U of A sports fan including baseball, and also enjoys watching movies.
